NEW AI triage now opens fix PRs automatically

Report bugs.
Get fix PRs.
In under 2 minutes.

Shake your phone or send TestFlight feedback. We turn it into a labeled GitHub issue with every detail your team needs — then an AI agent finds the line of code and opens the fix PR.

Loved by beta testers and builders — shake → fix PR in ~2 min, live-measured

Send feedback anywhere you work

GitHub is live today. Every destination with a webhook is on the way — same rich issue, your tools.

Capture

Nothing lost in TestFlight

Screenshot feedback and crashes land as rich GitHub issues seconds after submission — screenshot embedded, not a link into App Store Connect.

Context

Full device forensics

Device, OS, build, locale, battery, connection, disk, uptime, and the crash log — everything triage actually needs, in the issue.

Triage

AI that reads your code

Root cause with file/line references, severity and priority labels, deduplication — and a fix PR when the diagnosis is confident.

Trust

Your keys, scoped

HMAC-verified webhooks, credentials encrypted at rest, repo-scoped access. Open core — self-host it if you prefer.

From shake to shipped

A real trace from a production app — timestamps included.

T+0s

Tester shakes their phone

"The technician capacity doesn't mean or have any interactions, what is it?" — screenshot attached, submitted through TestFlight's native sheet.

T+3s

Apple delivers the signed webhook

AppShake verifies the HMAC signature, fetches the full submission — screenshots, device, OS, build, locale, battery, uptime.

T+14s

GitHub issue opens, fully loaded

Labeled testflight-feedback + needs-triage, screenshot embedded, device forensics in a tidy table.

T+2m

AI triage lands the verdict

Root cause traced to schedule.ts:165 — the widget counts tasks, not technicians. Labeled bug · P2, and a fix PR is opened referencing the issue.

Questions

How does the App Store Connect side work?

You upload a team API key (.p8, App Manager role) once. We use it to create the TestFlight webhook for your app via Apple's official API and to fetch full submission details when feedback arrives. Keys are encrypted at rest and never leave the processing path — the same trust model used by CI providers like Bitrise and Codemagic.

What lands in the GitHub issue?

The tester's comment, every screenshot, the crash log (for crashes), and a device table: model, OS, app version and build, locale, timezone, connection type, battery, free disk, and app uptime. Plus labels you configure — defaults are testflight-feedback and needs-triage.

What exactly does the AI triage do?

It reads the issue against your repository: identifies the screen or feature involved, traces the likely root cause with file/line references, posts an analysis comment, sets a type label and a P0–P3 priority, dedupes against existing issues — and on the Autofix plan, opens a branch and PR when the diagnosis is confident.

Can I self-host it?

Yes. The single-tenant core is open source and deploys to Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, or any Node 20+ host — with an agent skill included that walks through the whole setup. The hosted product adds multi-tenancy, encrypted key management, the delivery dashboard, and managed AI triage.

Is my tester data safe?

Webhooks are verified with a per-tenant HMAC secret before anything is processed. Credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. Offboarding deletes the Apple webhook and purges stored data.
